Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road, also known as the Cairo Gate, is a highway that connects the two cities of Cairo and Alexandria in Egypt. The highway is approximately 140 kilometers in length and is divided into two sections: the Cairo-Giza section and the Alexandria-Cairo section.
